Hey friends! I've been pretty distant lately. Like many of you, I've been struggling a lot during this quarantine period. I've been dealing with a relative in the hospital, losing my job, and sitting with some pretty heavy feelings.
I just want to say that it's okay to not be super productive during this time. It's okay to feel depressed, and it's okay to mourn your loss of normalcy. The more we acknowledge these feelings and sit with them, the better able we are to see clearly and live with intention. We're also better able to release and use this energy to give it purpose. .
Feel all the feelings friends, just try your best not to unpack and live there. Here for you 🙏
